Many you are aware of the now open feud between Mitch McConnell and President Trump. Our support for Mitch McConnell has been up and down over the past five years but with his recent attack on President Trump, his assertion that President Trump incited a mob to try to overthrow the government, and his utter failure to support the will of the People of Kentucky we can no longer support Mitch McConnell.

We as do the Republican parties of Nelson, Simpson, Butler, and Hart counties, call on Mitch McConnell to step down.

We understand that this is a move fraught with peril since Andy Beshear would most likely appoint a democrat to replace McConnell in the Senate. We understand that McConnell is attempting to get the State Legislature to ensure that a Senator who leaves officer prior to the end of his term will be replaced by a member of his own party. However, we cannot tolerate the duplicity of Mitch McConnell any longer.

Mitch McConnell has failed to support the People of KY during this "COVID Crisis" and he has failed to support President Trump when we needed him to do so.

Mitch McConnell no longer deserves our support.

As in all things there are two sides to this "sad chapter in our history". Joe Biden would have you believe that this "sad chapter" is the entire presidency of Donald Trump and that he led America down a dangerous path of right wing extremism and that when he lost an election he cried foul and marshaled his supporters to attempt a violent overthrow of our "democracy". Millions believe that story. Thousands propagate it so that it permeates every corner of our lives.
But Biden's "prophecy", his rendering of the facts, his vision of what we must do to regain our "democracy" is false.
Despite the best wishes of the left, the United States of America is not a "democracy". We are a Republic. Until our Consitution changes we will remain a Republic. In our Republic WE rule. In Joe Biden's democracy we have a government populated with those who cynically believe that we are not capable of self-governance and, therefore, they must control every aspect of our lives.
In OUR Republic we grow rich in spirit and in wealth.
In Joe Biden's democracy our spirit is stifled our wealth is taken to feed only government and not ourselves and our children.
Despite the constant drumbeat from the left, the members of the Lincoln Project, RINOs, and the hate-filled 'never Trumpers', and the media I know this: This election WAS stolen. And that my friends is the truly sad chapter in our in history.
President Trump attempted to defend our Republic not because he wanted the power that it brings but because he loves the freedom that it promises each of us.
The facile view of an American democracy that Joe Biden represents is a false prophecy of what America can be. It is a destructive, soul robbing vision.
The freedom of choice, of speech, of worship that are inherent in our Republic is the true prophecy of what America can be -- One nation under God.

This is from a study that the CDC is relying on for its mandate to wear a mask. The abstract of this study is available as a reference on the CDC webpage concerning mask wear. Here is its conclusion:
"IMPORTANCE: Airborne simulation experiments showed that cotton masks, surgical masks, and N95 masks provide some protection from the transmission of infective SARS-CoV-2 droplets/aerosols; however, medical masks (surgical masks and even N95 masks) could not completely block the transmission of virus droplets/aerosols even when sealed."
Understand that this is a study conducted under the highly controlled conditions in a laboratory and that despite their best efforts even the N-95 RESPIRATOR (which is not a "mask" but rather a respiratory protective device regulated by OSHA and as such it requires special training to ensure its proper fit and use) does not completely prevent the spread of COVID.

The original edict from the CDC that we should all wear a “mask” to prevent the spread of COVID-19 was made without the scientific basis to support it.
In fact, the CDC and the entire medical community understands that those blue paper masks are intended to prevent large droplets from spreading from a coughing, sneezing healthcare worker or anyone else who is coughing or hacking. Period. That’s it.
And that is why despite everyone in Kroger or Ralphs or Publix or Aldi or where ever people have gathered wearing a blue paper mask or their t-shirt over their nose and mouth, we still as a nation experienced a spike in COVID cases.
Here are some numbers to help you understand why those masks don’t prevent the spread of COVID from a person who is not severely symptomatic and may not even realize that they are sick.
One micrometer = 0.0000039 inches. A droplet from a sneeze or cough is large, 5 micrometers or larger. A typical bacteria is about 1 X 5 micrometers, COVID-17 is about 0.06-0.14 micrometers in diameter.

0.06 micrometers = 0.000000236 inches. It is very small. So small that a single virus particle or lots of single virus particle will slip right through that mask.

This was shown in a study by a group of investigators from Virginia Tech who found that the surgical mask was capable of filtering fewer that 60% of particles in the size range of a COVID-19 particle. Other fabrics were not much better. EVEN at the size of a bacteria surgical masks allowed about 30% of the particle through the mask.


The CDC had this data as they continued to push mask wear.

When we experienced another peak in cases the CDC blamed it on us. We just weren’t wearing masks as we should.


The CDC’s solution?


Wear two masks.

As of yesterday (2/16/2021) 27, 540,885 people in the US tested positive for COVID-19. Of those 478,259 (1.7%) have died. We know that at least half or possibly as many as 90% of those who died had a pre-existing, severe, life threatening illness.
COVID is real. COVID is not fun. I know this because I'm one of the 98.3% who survived.
I know exactly where I contracted it and it wasn't from being maskless at Kroger. AND when you have covid you're not going anywhere for a few days. If you do --- shame on you.
